The Radikons’ blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc feels like a wonderfully vivid and complete wine. It’s got everything - punchy, floral aromatics and rich orchard fruits, gently grippy tannins, and no lack of acidity - making it a perfect match for nearly any food but perhaps in particular the hearty, Slovenian-accented cuisine of the hills where you’ll find the grapes growing. 'Oslavje' spends around 3 months on skins and 3-4 years aging before bottling, imbuing a deep gold hue and hints of stone fruit and bruised apple on the nose, with nuts, savory elements, ginger, spice and much more. A complex, elegant wine whose perfume, depth, minerality and richness are the perfect embodiment of the Radikon philosophy.
