Marisa Cuomo Costa d'Amalfi Rosato 2022

A combination of Aglianico and Piedirosso that sees a brief 18 hour soak; brimming with tight red berry fruit and powdered strawberry softness, the mouth offering contrast with sea salt and bitter hibiscus. While fairly lean edged, the luscious mouthfeel and mineral persistence here is impressively extensive!
