Domaine Jean Vesselle L’Expression Nature Non-Dosé NV

The family’s collection of top terroirs and generations of leadership in championing Pinot Noir are what make wines from Domaine Vesselle such eloquent examples of Blanc de Noirs Champagnes. For nearly 300 years, the Vesselle family has been tilling the chalky soils of Bouzy and cultivating some of the village’s best-placed Pinot Noir vines. Wines from this peerless family estate combine a classic Champagne elegance with the signature power and uncompromising flavor of Pinot Noir from Bouzy.

A new wine for this 300-year-old estate, a non-dosage version of their peerless, Pinot Noir-based Brut Reserve — and what an 'expression' of nature it is! 80% Pinto Noir, 20% Chardonnay, hand-harvested, then fermented on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged for three years in bottle and finished with zero dosage. Exuberant and lively on the tongue, with citrus rind, crushed stones, green apples, spring flowers, and red berry notes.  The Vesselle  you'll love - vinuos, textured, deep, mineral - without a single gram of sugar.  Less is more could be more apt for this non-dosé stunner.
