Croci Campedello Frizzante 2021

Named in reference to the hillside on which its vines grow, Croci’s Campedello Frizzante sees a blend dominated by Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, with smaller portions of Trebbiano and Ortrugo as well as some splashes of Marsanne and Sauvignon. The fruit here is destemmed and left to ferment spontaneously in vat, with about 2 weeks of maceration on skins before pressing, drawing a deeply golden hue and a touch of additional grip into the wine’s core.
